Tired of hating my chores, and the boringness of home life, I learned how to transform my relationship with home through mindfulness. Tapping into your home's energy can turn the mundane into the sacred. It is the practice of attending to, and accepting the energy of the moment. I also connect with seasonal and lunar cycles to harmonize with powers beyond my control. Tarot, journaling, I-Ching, gardening, and even housekeeping are tools I use in my household to connect with HOME.
